Independent Travel or a Group Tour? You Don’t Have to Choose
Some people love the freedom of independent travel. Others love the ease and social side of a good group tour.
I actually think some of the best holidays combine both.
You might spend a week travelling independently through Italy before joining a small-group tour in Croatia. Explore Japan with your own hotels and rail journeys, then join a guided experience somewhere that’s harder to navigate alone. Or add a river cruise into the middle of a longer European adventure.
Independent travel doesn’t mean you have to organise everything yourself either. I can build the framework around you, including flights, accommodation, trains, transfers and experiences, while deliberately leaving space to wander, change your mind and discover things along the way.
And if you prefer a group, choosing the right one makes an enormous difference. Group size, pace, hotel locations, free time and what’s actually included can completely change the experience.
You don’t need to fit yourself into a particular style of travel.
The fun part is creating a holiday that fits you.
