Your journey begins with a personal conversation where I listen carefully to your travel style, priorities, and the details that matter most. Whether your passion is culture, cuisine, nature, or simply travelling with ease, this step ensures your trip reflects you - not a template.
3. Expert Guidance
Drawing on years of industry experience and trusted global supplier relationships, I provide practical, well-informed advice on destinations, routing, accommodation, and experiences. My role is to guide you with clarity, ensuring each recommendation suits your pace, preferences, and budget.
4. Travel Design Investment
With your vision as my guide, I design journeys that are thoughtful, seamless, and genuinely personalised.
To begin the planning process, a travel design fee applies. This reflects the time, expertise, and care involved in researching, designing, refining, and coordinating your itinerary, and allows complete transparency from the outset.
Adult Travel Design Fees:
Long-haul travel: NZD $250 per adult
Short-haul travel: NZD $120 per adult
For family bookings, a reduced travel design fee applies for children. This acknowledges the additional planning required while keeping family travel fair and accessible.
The travel design fee is an investment in your experience. Once your itinerary is confirmed, I manage the booking process, liaise with suppliers, and support you every step of the way, so you can travel with confidence, knowing every detail has been carefully considered.

The travel design fee is payable once planning begins and covers the time, expertise, and care involved in creating your personalised itinerary. As this is a professional design service, the fee applies regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the final booking.
That said, the process is collaborative. I refine and adjust your itinerary with you until it feels right, ensuring it aligns with your expectations, style, and budget. My goal is always to create something you’re genuinely excited to move forward with.

• Monitoring of suitable flights during the planning stage and guidance on the best time to book
• Seamless coordination of flights, accommodation, experiences, and routing
• Access to trusted suppliers and experiences not always easily found online
• Clear, practical advice to help you make confident decisions
Once your itinerary is confirmed and booked, I continue to manage everything on your behalf, liaising with suppliers, monitoring changes, and ensuring all details run smoothly.
You’ll also have 24/7 support while travelling, so if anything unexpected arises, you have someone who knows your trip and can step in immediately.
5. Bespoke Itinerary Creation & Refinement
Here your trip truly takes shape. I create a tailored day-by-day itinerary with thoughtfully chosen accommodation, curated experiences, and a seamless flow. We refine the plan together until it feels just right - balancing inspiration with practicality.
6. Booking & Confirmation
Once your itinerary is finalised, I manage every booking with care and precision - including flights, transfers, accommodation and experiences, ensuring everything is confirmed, aligned and ready well ahead of departure. The details are coordinated so you can simply enjoy the anticipation of your journey.
7. Support, Before, During & After
Prior to departure, you’ll receive clear guidance to help you travel with confidence. While you’re away, I remain available should you need assistance or reassurance. And once you return home, I’m always delighted to hear about your journey and support your future travel plans.
