From our first conversation through to your return home, every detail is thoughtfully considered to create an exceptional travel experience.
2. Discovery Conversation
Your journey begins with a personal conversation where I listen carefully to your travel style, priorities, and the details that matter most. Whether your passion is culture, cuisine, nature, or simply travelling with ease, this step ensures your trip reflects you — not a template.
3. Expert Guidance
Drawing on years of industry experience and trusted global supplier relationships, I provide practical, well-informed advice on destinations, routing, accommodation, and experiences. My role is to guide you with clarity, ensuring each recommendation suits your pace, preferences, and budget.
4. Travel Design Investment
With your vision as my guide, I curate a journey that is both extraordinary and effortless. To commence the design process, a travel design fee applies and is based on destination, complexity, and the number of travellers.
Adult Travel Design Fees (from):
Longhaul travel: NZD $250 per adult
Shorthaul travel: NZD $120 per adult
For family bookings, a reduced travel design fee applies for children, reflecting the additional work involved while keeping family travel accessible and fair.
This fee is an investment in your personalised experience and reflects the care, expertise, and attention devoted to crafting your itinerary, with complete transparency from the outset.
5. Bespoke Itinerary Creation & Refinement
Here your trip truly takes shape. I create a tailored day-by-day itinerary with thoughtfully chosen accommodation, curated experiences, and a seamless flow. We refine the plan together until it feels just right — balancing inspiration with practicality.
6. Booking & Confirmation
Once your itinerary is finalised, I manage every booking with care and precision — including flights, transfers, accommodation and experiences — ensuring everything is confirmed, aligned and ready well ahead of departure. The details are coordinated so you can simply enjoy the anticipation of your journey.
7. Support, Before, During & After
Prior to departure, you’ll receive clear guidance to help you travel with confidence. While you’re away, I remain available should you need assistance or reassurance. And once you return home, I’m always delighted to hear about your journey and support your future travel plans.
