3. Travel Design Investment
With your vision in hand, I begin curating a journey that’s both extraordinary and effortless. To commence design, a NZD $250 per adult travel design fee is required. This is an investment in your experience and a commitment from both sides, ensuring your trip receives the attention and expertise it deserves.
4. Bespoke Itinerary Creation
This is where your trip takes shape. I design a tailored day-by-day journey with thoughtfully chosen stays, curated experiences, and seamless logistics. You’ll receive a complete plan presented with clarity and options — whether a boutique villa, riverside lodge, or cultural immersion that feels made for you. Together we refine until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
5. Booking & Coordination
Once your itinerary feels just right, I take care of everything: flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and more. Every detail is managed with precision, so your role is simply to look forward to the adventure.
6. Seamless Support - Start to Finish
Before you depart, I prepare you with the essentials — travel tips, contacts, and insider guidance. While you’re away, I remain just a message away for reassurance, adjustments, or last-minute surprises.
7. Post-Trip Connection
On your return, I’ll check in to hear your stories and reflections. Many clients choose to share their highlights and photos, and it’s always a joy to celebrate your journey.
